My name is Gwen D' Pots, and I’m an experienced AV professional with over 15 years in the audio visual industry. This field isn’t just my career—it’s my passion. From an early age, I was captivated by the power of technology to transform communication and create immersive experiences. Whether I was setting up a home stereo system or connecting game consoles for friends, I loved the challenge of making everything work seamlessly together.

In college, I pursued formal training in AV installation and integration, learning the ins and outs of signal flow, system components, professional-grade mounting, and troubleshooting complex issues. The blend of hands-on application and technical theory was a perfect fit for me.

After graduating, I began my journey as an AV installer, gaining real-world experience on a wide range of projects—from high-end home theaters to corporate boardrooms and digital signage systems. Those early years on the job taught me how to turn plans into results and how to adapt quickly on-site.

Today, I lead TechWaveAV, a company I’ve helped grow into a trusted name in the AV industry. As a consultant, project manager, and technician, I’ve overseen projects that range from smart conference rooms and educational AV solutions to immersive retail displays and live event setups. Under my guidance, 

TechWaveAV has expanded its services, improved system efficiency for clients, and embraced the latest in AV innovation and integration technologies.
